Friendship Friday

Date: 10th Jun 2017 @ 3:59pm

On Friday the children took part in a whole school friendship project.

Everyone worked in a friendship pair to ornately decorate a paper plate and write why they were friends.

Lots of other activities took place in the classes. The children talked about the importance of friendships, how we are fiends with lots of different people for lots of different reasons.

I was lucky enough to be able to visit each classroom and talk to children about their friendships and watch how the different plates were being decorated. There were some very inspiring comments made by the children,  I felt proud and privileged to be part of the experience.

A display will be made using the paper plates. I won't ruin the surprise, so watch this space.

I will share some of the photos and videos from the day.
